All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Events may be affected by Covid-19 guidelines for the City of Chicago. Please inquire by message before sending a booking request. This room works well for rehearsals for improv / theater. It can also work for meetings and gatherings as well as a space for special events (including baby/wedding showers). This space can fit 30-40 people comfortably. The space is on ground-level in the building. Guests would have access to tables/chairs. Note: Please inquire about availability on before sending a booking request.* *Building closes at 6:30pm on Saturdays, inquiries for extending beyond this time are subject to increased rates at $115/hr.

Parking description
We have a parking lot that is first-come, first-serve. We can never guarantee parking, as we have multiple programs going on during the day. We are two blocks south of the Red-line North/Clybourn stop and offer validation for a nearby lot for $5 for 2 hrs.
General Rules
No alcohol or parties. Creative use only.
Special events can be arranged with the building.
Booking times must all time it takes for guests to set-up/breakdown for their activity.
