Small Photo Studio & Meeting Room

SAFETY NOTE: Due to precautions because of COVID-19, our staff is taking many additional steps for the safety and well-being of all our guests. We are cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting all surfaces and areas of touch in this meeting space regularly and before/after each booking. Additionally, we ask that face masks be worn when walking around the hallways or lobby of the building and that social distancing guidelines be observed. Any guests with symptoms of sickness are kindly asked to stay at home. There is also additional disinfectant and hand sanitizer available for your use, and you are welcome to bring anything else you like for safety and sanitation purposes. **Special Discounted Rate** We are currently offering rooms at a discounted rate for the summer in an effort to help those who need a private room to do work in for individual use, or with smaller teams. The Studio Space is a cozy 145 square feet and can be used as either a photo studio or conference-room style meeting space setup. It's equipped with a portable whiteboard, lectern/podium, TV/monitor display with HDMI connections and Google Chromecast. For photo studio use, it also has mounted seamless paper backdrops (black, white, grey, green) against the 9-ft wall, and basic 3-point lighting mounted in the space, as well as sandbags. Across the hallway is a full kitchen/break room for your use as well. One thing to disclose in case it is of importance to your booking (audio recording): the room is situated as part of a coworking space and is not guaranteed 100% quiet during the workday since others might be working and meeting in adjacent rooms and spaces. It is usually quiet, but just something to be aware of if you're doing video or audio recording (an interview or something that would require complete silence continuously) because some noise is inevitable . In the weekday evenings and on weekends, it is very quiet though as most coworkers have left for the day.
