About the Space
Located in the heart of Rockridge Oakland, We have this Charismatic Urban Patio which can seat uptp 40 people. Great for Birthday Parties, Bridal Gatherings, Baby Showers, Receptions etc. Can be easily set up for Meetings and other events; We have pull down projector screen set up, just Bring your projectors for meetings. This patio is Triangular Shape so the tip of the patio is great for setting up your decors and table set ups. We have plenty of movable tables and chairs available that fits in the space. Seating Benches by the wall are space savers and very comfortable and roomy seatings and standings. Easily can sit and stand 40-50 people. Big windows can open and close. Hooks on the walls for hanging the decorations and pull down Projector screen is there. We have heaters available too on the ceilings. We can customize the space according to your specific event. We have hosted many events and parties in past and still doing it and all of them have always been great. Customer satisfaction is our motto. Book us for parties or events and order food and drinks on great prices. I m sure you will love this! We also have WIFI, U can connect anything with wifi! We have street parking as well as metered parking available around. We are easily accessible from Freeway/Highway I-80! WE would love to host your Event/Parties and make it so special. The space was beautiful, sheltered from the elements and perfect for a get-together / celebration. The hosts and other staff were very helpful and kind. Surprisingly, parking was also not a problem around the venue. I would definitely book this venue again in the future.

The space was perfect! Very nice patio setting with plenty of seats and tables, fit 40+ guests and was great for a banquet that we hosted. Anjali and Chaten were very accommodating with anything that we requested, and the string lights and heaters made the space feel nice and cozy.

Was great to use this private space for a quarterly meeting with celebration, pop in for a drink at the bar, and eat at our convenience. We did a friend to friend speed dating event, used the music speaker, Chaten provided table cloths which really added to the festive feeling. It was warm enough under the heat lamps. The price was more competitive than other similar places and with option to cater and alcohol a stone's throw away, it was a no brainer.

This was an amazingly great space for my 70th birthday party! The host, Chaten, was beyond great! He was happy to meet with us several times in advance to talk about food and arrangements. We decided to have the restaurant cater the food for the party and that was a great choice. We also brought a projector to show a slide show of my life, and the screen in the space, and the great electrical outlets, made that super-easy. Chaten and his crew were there unobtrusively all the way through to clean up spills, etc. And at the end we just walked away... and I can't tell you how great it was not to have to clean up! The location was easy for people to find and everyone had a great time. If I could give ten stars I would! For such a special event it was perfect to have a special space.

I had my bday party here and it was such a fun night! I had about 40 guests and the space was perfect. Chaten (sorry if I misspelled your name), the owner, was VERY helpful and accommodating. He is so easy to work with and very flexible. Aside from the venue being great, the food is also very good! Served buffet style and reasonably priced. I highly recommend and would definitely do another event here.
