About gRaNd aRtiQuE
Old Mission Church turned eclectic mix use art and event space, where art shows, corporate meetings, intimate weddings, photoshoots, product launch parties, pop-up restaurants and more are welcome! Located 5 min from downtown SD and just over the bridge from Coronado in historic Barrio Logan. Indoor/outdoor space is a combined 2000 sq ft. The indoor portion has ample counter top and display areas, outdoor is an open area for congregating, dancing, art installations, or whatever you can dream up! Plus with our outdoor built-in stage you can have your choice of music, DJ's, and speakers. We have relationships with local chefs, food vendors, and musicians to help make your event special. We can also help staffing bartenders, servers and security when necessary.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Lovely event space for our engagement party. The ambiance was great and Ian and the venue manager Elyssa were very communicative and great to work with throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a unique and charming venue!

We had my partner's 40th surprise birthday party here and it was literally the most magical experience! Our guests are still raving about it a week later. We booked a few months out and Ian (the host) was super helpful and responsive with vendor recommendations and any/all questions that came up. Elyssa, the onsite coordinator who was with us during the event went above and beyond to make sure everything went seamlessly and we felt right at home. Can't recommend this place enough!

We had an incredible experience renting this space! The owners were very accommodating, and we were able to throw an epic birthday party. We also were able to work with other vendors and had a DJ, bartender, dancers, and everything. There were plenty of spaces to set out food/drinks and decorations and there was the perfect amount of room for everyone to mingle and dance - as well as quieter areas for talking inside. You can even still shop the store on the inside and the staff will help you make a purchase. The vibe was perfect, everyone was so friendly and helpful and we had an amazing time!!

I rented this space out for 22 people for a surprise birthday party, had a taco truck and a violinist performer and we fit more than comfortably. Everyone loved the vibe and the fact you could also peek inside and shop around or even lounge for a bit. Ian and McCall were very helpful with referrals and set up. I wouldn’t think twice about booking here again. Worth every penny!

Absolute gem of a place! I rented this spot out for my boyfriend’s birthday. We had roughly 25-30 people and everyone loved it! Ian was so helpful and was able to arrange for a bartender. Couldn’t recommend it more! Awesome staff and very unique event space for San Diego.
