Approx 4000 sq ft of space with 10 separate offices, 4 open spaces and 4 full bathrooms. Secured gated parking lot and outdoor common area space included. Perfect for events, photo/movie shoots, work spaces, or anything else you could imagine! WiFi, Plasma TV, seating and tables for meeting are included in the space. Please let us know how many tables/chars are needed so we can provide more if necessary. Please request any other furniture/items needed and we will be happy to help! Centrally located in Mid Los Angeles with easy access to freeways and metro lines.
Guests must provide insurance and permitting for events as necessary. Guests must request permission for serving any food or alcohol.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
