General Rules for Events and Meetings This is where we live, and we ask you to accommodate us in the following way: • Treat our home and our neighbors with respect. • No odors (e.g., heavy perfume, scented candles, incense, smoking out the kitchen, etc.) • ABSOLOUTELY NO parking in the driveway there is plenty of street parking available. • Please Respect the Private Signs on the Babies Room and the office space. • No smoking indoors or on the premise. • No pets allowed. • Please leave the place as clean as you found it. We reserve the right to charge you an extra cleaning fee IF you do not leave home in the same condition as you found it. This includes taking your trash out with you. • Occupancy strictly limited. No additional persons beyond what is agreed in the reservation. • There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. OVERTIME • Set up and clean up must be a part of booking hours. • Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. • Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING/ DAMAGES • Cleaning fee is a flat rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. We reserve the right to charge you an extra cleaning fee IF you do not leave home in the same condition as you found it. This includes taking your trash out with you. • Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. • Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. • Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. • Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE • Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. This needs to be arranged in advance and an additional fee will be charged FOOD/KITCHEN USE • Do not use anything in the kitchen beyond the stove top or range. • Utensils, Glassware, Plates, Napkins all must be brought in and taken out • Please make sure that you empty and take your trash with you • We recommend catering your meal for your event or meeting. • Please clean anything you do use in the kitchen, this is countertops and the stove top
