This modern, custom built home is ideal for off-site team meetings and small professional gatherings. It is minutes from downtown in one of Austin’s most beautiful neighborhoods... only 25 minutes from airport. The house is 2 levels. The first floor contains a large Chef's Kitchen, Dining/Living Area and Office. The 2nd floor contains a large common area with additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The downstairs living area includes a large table that can seat 10 people with a private office down the hall. The upstairs living room room serves as a secondary team meeting space (breakout space) and can be configured for 8 people. It has high ceilings and excellent light. Spacious rooms, clean lines and variety of settings allow for flexibility and creativity. The outdoor area includes private backyard with a lounge, outdoor kitchen and pool. With floor to ceiling windows and excellent natural light, you are sure to enjoy the experience. There is ample street parking.

We rented this space for three days for our annual Board Retreat which included not only board members, but all high level executive staff. Brian and his assistant, Miriam, were incredibly accommodating and immediately responsive to all my questions leading up to our event (and believe me, I asked a lot of questions!) … The location was perfect and easily accessible to people coming from all parts of town. The space itself was absolutely lovely and everyone raved about it. We were able to comfortably hold large group meetings in the living room and dining area - and then do smaller break out sessions using the upstairs area as well. The kitchen was great for serving catered meals; and the backyard was a wonderful spot for people to take a quiet break or make personal calls. We would definitely rent this space again - and highly recommend it to any other group looking for a fabulous meeting space!
