This modern, custom built home is ideal for unique dinner experiences, small gatherings, business events or commercial shoots. It is minutes from downtown in one of Austin’s most beautiful neighborhoods. With floor to ceiling windows and excellent natural light, you are sure to enjoy the experience. Spacious rooms, clean lines and variety of settings allow for flexibility and creativity. The space includes two great rooms, a state-of-the-art chef's kitchen and a private office. The outdoor area includes a covered lounge with an outdoor kitchen overlooking a pool and spa. The home is 25 minutes from the airport and has ample street parking.
All areas of the house are subject to use. No Smoking 21 + Day and Evening use only. No overnight stays.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We rented this space for three days for our annual Board Retreat which included not only board members, but all high level executive staff. Brian and his assistant, Miriam, were incredibly accommodating and immediately responsive to all my questions leading up to our event (and believe me, I asked a lot of questions!) … The location was perfect and easily accessible to people coming from all parts of town. The space itself was absolutely lovely and everyone raved about it. We were able to comfortably hold large group meetings in the living room and dining area - and then do smaller break out sessions using the upstairs area as well. The kitchen was great for serving catered meals; and the backyard was a wonderful spot for people to take a quiet break or make personal calls. We would definitely rent this space again - and highly recommend it to any other group looking for a fabulous meeting space!
