No Smoking 21 + Day and Evening use only. No overnight stays. Private Film and Commercial Photo Shoots This is where we live, and we invite you to share it with us. 1. Treat our home and our neighbors with respect. 2. No amplified sound after 11pm 3. No tinsel, glitter, or sparkly debris 4. No odors (e.g., heavy perfume, scented candles, incense, smoking out the kitchen, etc.) 5. NO parking in the driveway there is plenty of street parking available. 6. No smoking indoors 7. Shoes off at all times inside the home unless you are Cast/Talent that needs shoes on during the scene/shoot or if you are carrying heavy equipment around and need to wear protective footwear. 8. No personal pets are allowed -however if an animal is to be used in the space for the shoot, there will be an additional pet damage fee charged and this must be arranged in advance. 9. Occupancy strictly limited. No additional persons beyond what is agreed in the reservation. ADDITIONAL FEES AND/OR REQUIREMENTS ABOVE PEERSPACE 1. Certificate of Insurance Required 2. IF any Permits, TABC, sound ordinances and insurance will be needed per the City of Austin, then proof of these must be presented 24 hours before the event takes place. 3. Cleaning fee is a flat rate included in your Peerspace Fee. We reserve the right to charge you an extra cleaning fee IF you do not leave home in the same condition as you found it. This includes taking your trash out with you. We ask and expect that guests will leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. This fee will be added as an after fee in Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS 1. There is lighting at all entrances. 2. Tennis Balls and Pads are required on all equipment. 3. Paper / Cardboard on floors for pathways and to save wear and tear as well as possible damage to the floors. 4. Absolutely No tape on floors or walls 5. No access to side of house along neighbor’s driveway without formal advance communication to neighbor by homeowner. OVERTIME 1. Set up and clean up must be a part of booking hours. 2. Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. This will be added as an after fee in Peerspace. FURNITURE and MORE 1. Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. When the event is over furniture must be back in its original space and place. 2. Take Pictures BEFORE you move anything… we cannot state this enough…TAKE PICTURES BEFORE YOU MOVE ANYTHING and use them to help you put things back in place. This is our home, and we really appreciate it when you leave things as you found them. 3. DO NOT SLIDE OR DRAG ANYTHING, the floors are hardwood and expensive. EVERYTHING must be lifted, and hand carried. Again, cannot state this enough. Repairs for scratches are exorbitant and will be charged to the production company. 4. Mechanical drapes in master bedroom cannot be lowered by hand. Control switch is on wall. 5. Fireplace is on a remote and usage will need to be requested in advance.
