We captured the East Austin vibe! Converted a cozy, cool East Austin craftsman into a fun space that can be used for outdoor pop up retail or art shows. Host your corporate event with us. Hold a cool, hip party in famous East Austin. Check us out! Close to downtown. Right down the street from Famous Franklin's bar b que. A locals bar b que joint is right behind us and they cater! Pubs and eateries are all within walking distance. Street parking and small parking lot next door available. When we are not hosting fab parties, we are a paddle board retail shop. We will allow events to set up inside. We hope our guests do enjoy and use our showcase paddleboards will remain inside as great photo back drops. There is enough room to host a meeting for a small group, one on one sessions, or utilize it as an office for the day for your team....stop by and check us out to make sure it would work for you! Maximum standing room for inside approx 20 people. If you need an office day - maximum of 10 to sit comfortably. Please Note: Events during High Peak Events such as ACL, Blues on the Green and SXSW, the rates are customized and will be higher than the current seasonal rate. Why people chose us? We do not nickel and dime you. You can bring outside food and beverage at no extra charge. We do not charge extra for use of tables and chairs. We provide bluetooth speakers and a PA system if your party needs it at no extra charge. We provide outdoor and indoor TVs that can be used to run slide shows, movies and shows at no extra charge. We provide a staff member that welcomes you at the start of your event, cleans the bathroom and keeps trash controlled during your event. We are an EAST AUSTIN business and our property shows that! Smoking must be done outside. Cleaning fee of $50.00 or $75.00 (50.00 for inside, 75.00 for both indoor and outdoor) Can no sell alcohol but can bring it if you are bringing food and drinks for your event
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
