This newly built event venue is located in the heart of SoHo, Manhattan just steps from the Broadway/Lafayette and Prince Street subway stops. With over 1000 sq ft of space, it functions perfectly for all types of event. It features a private bathroom, private entrance. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ All of the photo equipment can be moved into storage to fit the needs of your event.
All booking start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please take that into considerations when you make the booking. No smoking, vaporizers Anything with fire, glitter, liquids, paint, wind or smoke in your shoot must be requested and approved prior to use. Operation of any equipment should be done by someone with the knowledge to operate it. If you’re not sure about something please ask first. We are always happy to help out. Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it in. If it is not, you may be charged a cleaning fee. You agree to reimburse the studio for repair or replacement costs relating to the damage or loss of any studio property that occurs during your rental time. Thank you for your cooperation!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The experience was a little disappointing in comparison to the peerspace we were at on 12/10. The tables were wobbly, small folding tables. The space was not tech friendly (i.e., limited places to charge laptops, etc.). In addition we didn't all fit around the table and we were a group of 25 yet the space is supposed to fit 30 or 40 people-- that is without tables. This wasn't clear from the description of this space. Knowing this, should we book the space in the future, we'll use it for a smaller meeting.
