About the Space
Our beautifully designed clubhouse lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. The space features: 60 inch TV Kitchenette includes - full-sized refrigerator, sink, microwave island and bar stools Tall Ceilings and accent lighting WiFi Direct access to the space through the lobby - no elevators This space can comfortably hold up to 20 guests for mixer events if not everyone needs to be seated at the same time. We do recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. Parking may be available. Ask us for more information. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Great location for my baby shower! We had a small party with 14 people and the space was just great, nice furnitures and we only needed to bring one folding table to accommodate 7 guest as we were able to use two round high tables there with 7 chairs as our party had designated sitting to eat and play games. They have at least 4 more sets of chair sets and single couches that our guests used around the room to socialize and drink mimosas. The kitchen was clean and good equipped for our lil buffet, enough parking space and the room lights and AC temperature were on point as my decoration required good illumination to for the pastel colors to come out for pictures, also its like 99 degrees outside right now here in FL. The place is very nice decorated with wall art, accents and blue-cream-neutral colors perfect for my party theme. The staff was kind and helpful. I am very picky regarding clean spaces and services.. and I would recommend to check out this space for an intimate small party. The price is not cheap, but it’s not overpriced, its just fair for what you will get!
