Our space is a bi-level Bowery penthouse that's perfect for any meeting or small get-together. We have a living room with eye-catching art, a TV system, and a state of the art audio system that was once the pinnacle of musical quality in the Abbey Road control room (Bowers & Wilkins 802D). Our dining table sits 6 comfortably, with the option to pull up 2 more chairs. It's connected to a light-filled kitchen with a fantastic view of the WTC skyline. The bathroom is downstairs, along with 3 bedrooms (which are personal spaces.) We also share the upstairs rooftop with the building's other tenants, which can be used as well! (I've never seen a single soul up there.)
There is lots of fragile art, so you must be careful in the space. No smoking. You may bring outside food. Please notify us if there will be pets present.
