Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Thank you Leslie for sharing your space! The outdoor space was a great location to take photos, especially midday when the sun was out. We did not see the black leather sofa, but plenty of other seating options were available

Great space. Leslie stopped by during the party to make sure we had everything we needed. The speakers are great and easy to use. There were sone lights on the ceiling that were out and needed to be replaced. When we arrived there was no one there to greet us for about 30 minutes, and we were unable to use the elevator. It is helpful to save his number in advance of the event so you can call him when you arrive. I paid for staff members since it said it was mandatory for parties after 6 (7?) pm but there was no staff at the party nor in the lobby. Aside from the late start and lack of staff it was a good space to use. 8/10

Simple, small and lot of space. I love it, I would use this space again if there's more furniture around. It's practically empty when I arrived so I got to be more creative.

The space was what I needed for a photo/video shoot. I needed an additional 30 minutes due to an issue on my end and the host was accommodating.

Beautiful clean space. Patio was wonderful. Communication was lacking or should I say delayed. Check in was a delay. Paid $25 staff fee but no staff around, host did refund which is greatly appreciated. Bring you win speaker since it is a tv with a aux cord and your phone can not connect. Overall I would book again due to location and quality. My event was extremely successful and elegant. Be aware parking is impossible and takes up your reservation time since you upload out front and then have to go back downstairs to go find parking.
