We have tall 9ft windows that can be blocked with black out curtains

We have three fully sounds-treated music studios for voiceover and/or interview scenarios, each with a soundproofed isolation booth. The live open space does have some ambient noise from appliances, and there is some street noise that is mitigated but the soundproofing technology in our curtains.

Elevator, Stairs, Freight Elevator

We have a spacious elevator (converted from freight to passenger, with the room of a freight elevator) that can be used to bring in equipment. We are located on the 2nd floor of a mill building. Loading trucks will most certainly need to be moved into our designated parking spaces, or to available offsite parking if they are very large vehicles.

We have many other rooms that can be turned into different staging areas. For a full facility booking, all rooms are included with the exception of our back office and file rooom.

Depending on the booking type some, or all, recording studio and editing rooms may be off limits. If it is a full facility booking, all rooms are able to be accessed with the exception of our back office/file room.

Guests may under no circumstance access the circuit breaker. There is plenty of power, outlets, and extensions to run your shoot onsite.

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is posted in the rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Depending on the size and level of your shoot, we may require proof of production insurance policy.

Mostly all furniture and wall decorations can be moved in the event room and soundstage. Under no circumstances may furniture, wall mounts, or any gear in the recording rooms be rearranged or moved.
