Space includes: On-site Manager with every booking, Stadium Seating up to 120 comfortably, Nice-sized lobby w/Bar & Box Office, Large Dressing Room with Backstage Bathroom, Large stage area, & Street Parking. Paid amenities may include: Projector ($50 per day) Wardrobe Rack ($25/day) Rehearsal Mirrors ($25/day) Washer/Dryer ($50/day) Off-site Parking around the corner ($5-$8/day)

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space was exactly what we wanted. Susan and the rest of the team were terrific. They were very approachable and happy to answer questions during our setup and breakdown. We had a great show and plan to book again in the future!
