All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
The Urban Jungle brings you back to the 1960s with this fully decorated loft. We are located in the heart of Downtown LA, same building as The Last Bookstore. This loft features a 650 sq ft single-story floor plan, with one full side of windows. The loft also features a kitchen (non-functional) ,unique furniture and 3 different one-of-a-kind wallpapers. There are WiFi, portable A/C inside the loft, as well as paid parking lots next to the building. No shoes are allowed on the rugs as they couldn't be cleaned if they get dirty. There are paid parking lots right next to the building as well as on the same block. There are also paid meters right in front of the building (2 hours parking from 8a - 8p, except Sunday. No parking from 2a - 5a)

Our windows will have direct sunlight coming in during the morning (starting from around 7am to 12pm). After that we would get indirect sunlight.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We are on the 4th floor facing the alley. We would hear some street noise (cars passing by) if windows are open. Otherwise the space is pretty quiet. We have had a lot of videos (interviews and other videos) shot in the space.

There are loading zone in front of the building. There are also paid parking lots right next to the building as well as in front of the building.

General Rules
Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success. If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us using the "Message Host" button on the listing page to discuss details, pricing and availability.
Please include the following:
* Total number of cast & crew
* Desired date(s)
* Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down
* Equipment & lighting specs
* Pets (Please consult with us beforehand)
* No shoes are allowed on the rugs as they couldn't be cleaned if they get dirty.
* No Smoking/Vaping
* Fog/Haze machines are not allowed
* No alcohol
* No drugs or illegal activities
* Coasters are required on wood surfaces
* Keep the hallway clear, everything has to be inside the studio space
* No filming in the hallway
* Do not sit on the windowsill as you might fall out of the window
* Leave space as you found it.
NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
SECURITY CAMERAS - We have security cameras inside the space, please use restroom on the same floor for changing.
DAMAGES - You will be accounted for any damages to the space / items
INJURIES - We are not liable for injuries

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
