All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our VR studio is great for family events, adult/young adult/ kid parties, or corporate team meetings! Great for bonding by doing exciting Virtual reality group exercises ranging from virtual reality skydiving, virtual reality flying, etc. It's the perfect space for interesting and engaging youthful meetings. The layout has multiple Pods for different groups, and a general meeting area near the front to kick off your exciting event! It has the perfect flexibility of transitioning between large group style, to a smaller sub group style Our VR studio is in the heart of Lincoln Park, right on the fantastic Lincoln Avenue. It is close enough to major attractions such as the DePaul University Art Museum, Lincoln Hall, and The Victory Garden's Theatre. It is also insulated enough for more private meetings, avoiding all outside distraction. In addition, it is easily accessible by all of your attendees by being a 5 minute walk from the Fullerton Red line. The space can accommodate 40 people comfortably. Amenities: Virtual Reality Facilitator Premium: For extensive VR use during the event, specialized VR facilitators will be present for in depth tutorial and VR facilitation. Cost: $20/ hr premium

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
