About the Space
This space is a luxury modern fully decorated loft. We are located in the heart of Downtown LA, same building as The Last Bookstore. This loft features a 650 sq ft single-story floor plan, with one full side of windows. The loft also features a fireplace ,unique furniture and one-of-a-kind wallpapers. There are WiFi, portable A/C inside the loft, as well as paid parking lots next to the building. No shoes are allowed on the rugs as they couldn't be cleaned if they get dirty. - Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautiful space! So many shooting options with different furniture and color set up, plus many small accessories to add into sets. Great communication with host and parking right next to the building. There is even a cafe down the hall to feed your crew!
