This space is a luxury modern fully decorated loft. We are located in the heart of Downtown LA, same building as The Last Bookstore. This loft features a 650 sq ft single-story floor plan, with one full side of windows. The loft also features a fireplace ,unique furniture and one-of-a-kind wallpapers. There are WiFi, A/C inside the loft, as well as parking lots next to the building. NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time.
Ages 21 and older
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my experience with this studio. The booking was very easy and I had through details regarding my booking. I had plenty of questions about booking and they were all answered. I was concerned that the studio may been too dark but it was so well lit. The windows were huge and let plenty of light in! Also, upon arrival Mark was super helpful and cordial. I LOVED the images I captured and will definitely be renting again!

This space is beautiful. Is has that “wow” factor when you open the door. The room is small but the decor is extremely well put together. The rugs and accents are a great touch and there is a great sense of attention to detail vs. placing random items together. Will definitely book again.
