The main room is ~1,200 sqft, with an additional similar-sized room available depending on the size and needs of your event. MAIN ROOM Our 1,200 sqft main room with a brand-new floor has an open plan, flanked by small seating areas along the sides as well as a bar. Also included are an A/V system and speakers. INCLUDED IN BOOKING RATE — (1) staff - additional may be needed depending on the size/needs of your event — Full use of the main room — Standing up to 50 — Seating up to 15 — Mounted projector(s) available — Sound system w/ aux jack for music — WiFi access — Coat check room — (2) restrooms FOOD & BEVERAGE — Guest can bring in their own drinks, or we have full beverage catering packages for additional cost. We also allow guests to bring in food or use outside caterers, and can recommend several very good preferred vendors.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We threw a 100-person private poker party and Nate and his team were outstanding to work with. Nate was very helpful in coordinating load-in and delivery from our vendors, handled all our requests leading up to the event, and was easy to keep in touch with from planning to party night. His staff for the event managed the bar, front door, and coat check. They were very professional and happy to tackle any issues that came up throughout the night. The space was perfect for our event with the poker games in one room and the party in the swanky lounge. The atmosphere, lighting, location, and furniture added the perfect spooky feel to our Halloween event and we couldn’t have been happier with how well the party was received. We look forward to working with Nate and his team again.

This space could not have been more perfect to celebrate my brother's 30th birthday. He wanted a costume dance party, and boy did the space deliver. The bartenders that Nate hired (Patrick and Patrick) were so helpful and really treated us well. The smaller room with the bar was perfect for our group of 40. The sound system worked great, and we even had a space for a makeshift stage for a drag queen performance. Our guests were thrilled. Nate was a helpful and responsive host.

Nate is fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure my wedding reception was fantastic. And it was. We have never been married before so I had a lot more questions than normal and Nate never once hesitated to take time and care to explain in great detail what we needed. He helped us make extra arrangments even to drop things off early which made a huge difference for us in enjoying the wedding. The staff, the drinks, the environment, and every detail was perfect. Thank you guys so much! We LOVED our wedding!
