Located approximately one mile from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena and 3.5 miles from the Rose Bowl. Parking arrangements (with shuttles) may be made with local businesses for large productions. Outdoor furniture is available upon request for an additional fee. The daytime $175/hour rate listed is good up until 7:00pm for groups of up to 25 guests. After 7:00pm and/or for groups larger than 25, the hourly minimum and rate do NOT apply as all such bookings are customized. Please note that set-up and break down time for space rearrangements will need to be factored in by guests as such time is also subject to the hourly rate. Finally, event organizer liability insurance is required and the COI confirmation will need to be provided prior to the event date in order to maintain the booking.
