Our PEAK rate is $250/hr which includes on-site security. We have a 20% NON-PEAK discount available for any reservation Mon-Thurs ANYTIME (day or night), Fridays before 5pm and Sat & Sun before noon.* There will be a additional $25/hour charge for any event on a holiday. Warehouse: A blank canvas with a world of possibilities! 1800 sq ft unfinished warehouse space, part of 8200 sq ft beautifully finished artistic rehearsal, collaboration, and event space. Wide open space, two dock doors (one exterior, one interior) for easy loading and unloading of equipment and set pieces. Climate controlled for hot Texas summers! Includes kitchen & outdoor deck. Convenient to I-35, Dallas North Tollway, and I-30. Kitchen: 1600+ sq ft full, open kitchen with wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and modern concrete floors. Ample room for seating, dancing, meetings, and a host of other activities. Stunning large scale landscape photographs on display, giving the space an art gallery feel. Access to outdoor deck with picnic table overlooking a branch of the Trinity River. Located within a beautifully finished artistic rehearsal and event space, easily accessible from I-35, Dallas North Tollway, and I-30. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Great Space and host attendant. She helped with the Bluetooth speaker to help set the mood for the photo shoot. Even allowed us to use another space for some cool pictures that was rented.

Fantastic space! We threw our office holiday party in the kitchen space and it was a HIT! very large and beautiful space with gorgeous acrylic art lining the walls. I would highly recommend using this space!
