Menlo Oasis is the perfect location for an offsite. A 4k sq foot executive home situated on a 0.46 acre lot, it offers a generous flat grassy area and adjoining hardscape for events with beautiful oak trees all around. It is just 5 minutes from downtown Palo Alto, downtown Menlo Park as well as the Menlo Park Caltrain Station, and is a stone’s throw from Facebook and 101. The Main Space. The interior space is ideal for bringing groups together while still offering areas for breakouts. The main Great Room is approximately 1200 square fee, and encompasses a kitchen, dining area, seating/living area, and a powder room. There are huge floor-to-ceiling windows, lots of windows as well as skylights flooding the great room. The cathedral ceilings are 20 ft high to allow for a light and expansive feel. Breakouts & Additional Indoor/Outdoor Areas. The main space is large enough to easily accommodate 3 breakouts. Additionally, there is an adjoining family room (approximately 400 square feet), and a recreation room with a full bar, couch and a proper pool table (approximately 300 square feet). There is also an additional 800 square feet of deck space and hardscape that can easily accommodate an additional 3 breakout areas. Included Resources/Features. There is a comprehensive WiFi system, including the outdoor patio areas, the grassy area, and the cottage. There is central stereo system (Denon) with 4 speaker zones speakers covering both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Entertaining / Dining options. The space comes complete with settings for 8. There is stemware for different beverages. There will be space in the refrigerator/freezer on reserved shelves upon request. For cooking, there is a full 6-burner Viking stove, a microwave, a Viking double-oven and toaster oven inside, with a gas grill on the deck. Additional Dining Options by Request. Host will provide daily coffee service and morning/all-day snacks for an additional fee. For an additional fee, host can also provide basic grill-ables for those looking to grill/prepare their own lunch or dinner (e.g., steaks, marinated chicken, hamburgers, etc.).

We used the space for an all day Leadership Planning session. There were 6 attendees. We used the living room initially but ended up spending most of the day at the table. The chairs are very comfortable, there is light from outside and Linda provided a monitor & HDMI cable on the table. Everything was very nice & comfortable. This space would also be great for meetings where breakout rooms are needed. Thanks Linda for sharing your space with us!
