Our live work loft provides a sufficient amount of space perfect for events such as: team meetings Off-sites Conferences Presentations Dinners Can comfortably fit 40 people Features: - The entire space 1400 sqft. downstairs (the upstairs in an off limits area) - Indoor garage with easy access to the outside. Great for pop-up shops! - Dimmable lighting - Functional kitchen - Full bathroom - Long wood dining table. 8’6 Perfect for 10 people. - Projector for meetings/presentations Our space is located in the industrial area of West Oakland. Less than a mile from Bart, Downtown Oakland, or Bay Street Mall. Major cross streets are West Grand & Magnolia or Adeline & 24th. It’s a gated community with access to 1 handicap parking. Street parking should be fairly easy.
There is no smoking tobacco products allowed inside. No alcohol without a insured security guard after 7pm.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This is hands down the best loft in the Bay Area. Trust me! Our launch party was a huge success thanks to Alex and her team. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything set and ready. We will defiantly be renting this loft for our next event. Appreciate all the support Alex!

The space is large, bright and clean. Large “garage” door opens to street side and I liked that. Full kitchen and tables and chairs to use, and parking was pretty easy. Alex was very accommodating and easy to work with, thanks again!

First I want to say the place was really nice for my pop up shop . Unfortunately the place was not in tact how I expected it to be. The person that let me in did not want to move things around when I requested the place be empty for my event . The host was not in touch with me as she was suppose to . I had to call and send messages at least 5x before I got a response back. She say she was out of the country and I feel like when you are conducting a business make sure you have someone responsible enough to take care of what need to be taken care of . Someone was upstairs the whole time which I felt like we was being watched like 5 years olds. I left some expensive merchandise at the place which was definitely my fault , but no all of sudden they are giving me the run around to get my things back. They were quick to take my money but failed to deliver the customer service . I’m very upset and will not being booking with them again !
