Suburban 2 bedroom, 1 bath -This house is was built in 1957 and retains it's midcentury charm with many original details with wood trim, closet doors, pocket doors, closets and numerous custom built-ins. -Original avocado colored wood beams in living room. -Unique custom midcentury desk in bedroom with tons of built-ins. -Tons of natural light with bright and beautiful camera friendly spaces. -Gorgeous landscaped backyard with drought tolerant plants along with a modern dining area and outdoor table and chair. -Quaint Zen mediation area off of living room -Nice collection of modern and midcentury furniture 1 Adult bedroom 1 Teenager bedroom Great art pieces can be used as backdrops Perfect for filming, photoshoots, workshops, small intimate gatherings and pop-ups. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Heather was the easiest possible host to work with! She was warm and welcoming from the start and immediate with responses to my questions. The space provided us a variety of looks, lighting opportunities and was easily accessible for our cast. I would recommend this space and working with Heather to anyone anytime!

Loved the place! It's absolutely gorgeous with detailed decorations and layout. The backyard is my favorite. Heather is very communicative, helpful and reachable throughout the entire production. Very glad to have her as location owner who's super supportive!
