Welcome to our stunning food and lifestyle photography studio! We have two large studios available to rent. This listing is for our largest studio. Check under our profile for the 2800 sq. ft. listing. Space Details: • Studio is 5000 sq. ft. with fully function kitchen • Attached 357 sq. ft. room (17 ft. x 21 ft.) - great for breakout discussions • 16 foot tall Ceilings and 11 foot tall windows • One restroom • Pool table • Indoor swing • Hardwood floors throughout • Extra refrigeration and freezer space available • WIFI in studio • LARGE freight elevator • Sunlight from full wall of windows on East and West sides of space • Blackout curtains on West-facing windows • Please inquire about time before 8:00 am or after 6:00 pm or Sundays • Full bar (available for additional cost) • Prop Room (available at additional cost) Rates: • 8 hour day (8 am - 4 pm) $1500 per day • 10 hour day (8 am - 6 pm) $2000 per day • OT for Studio space is $250/hr (before 8 am, after 6 pm, weekdays and Saturdays) • OT for Studio manager $100/hr (before 8 am, after 6 pm, weekdays and Saturdays) • Saturdays - extra Studio manager fee of $50/hr (8 am to 6 pm) Ideal Space for: - Photoshoots - Commercials - Food photography - Fashion shoots - Product shoots - Promo videos - Filmed Interviews - And More!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
