Welcome to our stunning food and lifestyle photography studio! We have two large studios available to rent. This listing is for our smaller studio. Check under our profile for the 5000 sq. ft. listing. Space Details: • Clean Studio - 2800 sq. ft. • 3000 sq. ft Prop Room with dozens of surfaces, backgrounds, tables, and tableware (available for a fee) • 16 ft tall Ceilings and 11 ft tall windows • Two restrooms (water closets) • Hardwood floors • Extra refrigeration and freezer space available • WIFI in studio • Full bar • LARGE freight elevator • Sunlight from full wall of windows on East and West sides of space • Please inquire about time before 8:00 am or after 6:00 pm or Sundays Rates: 8 hour day (8 am - 4 pm) $1200 per day 10 hour day (8 am - 6 pm) $1500 per day OT for Studio $200/hr (before 8 am, after 6 pm, Monday - Saturday) OT for Studio manager $100/hr (before 8 am, after 6 pm, weekdays and Saturdays) Saturdays - extra Studio manager fee $50/hr (between 8 am – 6 pm on Saturdays) Inquire about Sundays Availability Monday - Saturday (Saturday will have additional OT fees for Studio Manager) Please inquire about Sundays Ideal Space for: - Photoshoots - Commercials - Food photography - Fashion shoots - Product shoots - Promo Videos - Filmed Interviews - And More!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
