Originally one of the first integrated movie theaters in Washington, DC. You can see the physical reminders of that theater in the balcony projection booth, and the organ pipes gracing the wall to either side of the stage. The room is 40 feet by 60 feet (2400 sq. feet) Able to accommodate the following: -350 people standing room only -300 chairs only -200 people at round tables and chairs. Uses: -Photo Shoots -Film productions -Hosting Interviews -Casting Amenities: -WiFi -Tables -Chairs -Restrooms -Projector -Screen -TV -DVD Player The stage is a perfect location for a guest speaker at a podium, a DJ, a live band, or a panel discussion with excellent natural acoustics in the room. This is a unique space that will work great for corporate off-sites, private events, photo shoots, film productions, meetings, etc. There is also a basic sound system and a baby grand piano available for an additional rental fees (Please inquire for additional details). Catering options are NOT available. We do require insurance coverage, listing our venue as recipient for events of 50 or more guests. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to the event. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This venue is in a great location and lives up to the beauty of the pictures given. The experience included a walk through and a detailed explanation of what would be available to us. However, on the day of the event many of the promised equipment was not available. We also were not able to utilize the sound equipment (3 microphones were promised and we only had access to 1) which was extremely unfortunate as the fundraiser was contingent on music based performances. The stage lighting we discussed did not work which also put a damper on our performances/ performers expectations. The desk-attendant was very amicable in trying to assist us throughout the event but unfortunately he could only do so much.

It was a great space, with very professional in the service. I recommend this place! My only recommendation would be more flexibility in the setting up and breaking down time. They should not charge the same as when the event is live. Thank you.
