Smoke free and pet free. The space is inside a beauty studio certain rooms and areas will be locked and off-limits. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. Please return the space in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. Prior to confirming a booking we will need you to provide Certificate of Insurance for your vendors, & Special Event Insurance as necessary.
