About the Space
Our studio, located just outside Boston, is a 3,000. sq. ft. working studio for photoshoots, video shoots, art shows and other creative events. Just 10 miles from Logan Airport, 7 miles from downtown Boston, and blocks away from the Mass Turnpike, this location is quick and easy for moving in and out of the city. The studio was designed in 2016 by renowned Boston architects Hacine & Associates, who transformed the space into a destination - one that offers a relaxed environment for clients and creatives to work together seamlessly in a beautifully appointed and expansive workspace. Rates: $160/hr | 4 Hours minimum Availability: 7am to 10pm | 7-Days Please inquire if extended hours are needed. Studio Manager On-Site upon arrival and at the end of the event to lock up. Cleaning Fee$100 per booking Deliveries the day before or pick-ups the day after the event are possible depending on the studio's availability. An additional fee will be added to the booking. AMENITIES • 12’ ceilings • Large kitchen with 2 freezers, 2 refrigerators for large food shoots, plenty of counter space, stove, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, garbage disposals, and a fully stocked kitchen with all pots, pans, utensils, etc. • Mono Stands • Bose sound system • Free wifi • AC • Free plentiful parking lots, both in front and behind the building • Loading dock • Freight elevator • Two passenger elevators NOTE: CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED EVENT This creative workspace offers plenty of room for multiple sets, quiet conference area, private meeting space and a studio manager on sight to coordinate meals and deliveries for the day. Catering suggestions and other production needs are also available upon request. EQUIPMENT Phase1- Camera and lenses available but requires an assigned Certified Tech on-site. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Francine’s space was great. We shot video there. Lots of props to make for different looks. Sound was great. Can’t say enough about how attentive Francine was, though, that was the best part. When she realized four days before our booking that there was construction in the building, she let us know and offered us a cancellation. She spoke to her landlord and got them to shut down for Wednesday. Above and beyond, in my book. A great host.
