Rules and Regulations Time Policy: - All load-in/setup time and cleanup time must be included in the paid booking time. Booking time begins from whatever time you reserved the space, no rebates for late arrivals. Overtime billed at 1.5X. Parking: - Private parking (limited). - Neighborhood street parking. Alcohol Policy: - Allowed to be brought in and served (by individual or bartender); only if NOT charging money for it. - If alcohol is being SOLD, a permit is required. - Portable bar and bartender service available for and additional cost. Cleaning and Staff Fee: - A $150 cleaning fee and a $200 staff fee is added to all rentals. If additional staff or security is needed, a separate cost may apply. Liability Insurance: - A mandatory insurance certificate is required for all rentals. Liability insurance thru Eventhelper.com is mandatory for all rentals of the space to cover you as a renter. We have a custom link with them to make it easy to book it. Here: Smoking: - We allow electronic cigarettes and electronic hookahs. Any other type of smoking is NOT allowed in the premises. Fire: - No candles or open flames or fires are allowed in the premises. Other: - This venue is located in an active airport. Permits may be required. CITY, STATE, AND COUNTY LAWS: - Renter agrees to comply with all applicable city, county, State, and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises. Renter shall not sell alcohol on premises at any time. Renter may not serve alcohol to minors on the premises at any time. Renter agrees, for everyone’s safety, to ensure alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner. We reserve the right, in our exclusive discretion, to expel anyone who in its judgment is intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who shall in any manner do or participate in any act jeopardizing the rights, use permit, or security of our staff, guests, or building contents.
