Free street parking, Nearby parking lot

Street parking is limited to 3 hours. A nearby lot at Haggard Park is limited to 3 hours until 5pm on weekdays (unlimited after 5pm). Saturdays and Sundays is unlimited all day. If you need to park longer than 3 hours during the day, we can provide parking passes.

We have dark shades on our windows but they are not blackout.

Neighbors can not be heard in the building. We are on an active street, but only the noise of a siren passing in front of the building will enter. There are no noises from appliances. AC can be turned off upon request if needed.

Ground Floor, Stairs

Load-in and load-out should be done at the rear of the building. After unloading, trucks should be moved to a free parking space very near the building.

There is a lounge area and two large restrooms.

Kitchen and storage rooms are off-limit.

There are lots of outlets. We must know ahead of time if there will be an unusually large power draw.

The building is smoke free. Outside catering is allowed and alcohol is permitted with a TABC licensed bartender. We ask that the client is respectful of the 100 year old floors, brick walls and truss ceiling. HOURS Mondays through Thursdays 7am-midnight Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays 7am-3pm OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Furniture cannot be moved from the building, but it can be moved within the building. All large pieces of furniture are on wheels and can be moved about the building.
