Our modern 3,500 square foot, multi-room, multi-floor, creatively designed and inspired Venice/Los Angeles Loft space is ideal for hosting meetings, creative workshops, brainstorming sessions, focus groups, company off-sites, product launches and corporate presentations. Our Venice space is located on the West side of LA, on popular Rose Ave at the border of Venice and Santa Monica, and only a short walk to the beach. It is a classic loft - high ceilings, spacious and modern. There is a large central meeting room, with numerous other areas and rooms throughout the space, both private and semi-private, that can be utilized for breakouts. We only host one client at a time at any of our spaces. Included in every rental: standard office supplies (easels, post-it flip charts, legal pads, pens, etc.), wifi, bottled waters, AppleTV, 60” and 80” HD monitors with standard laptop hookups. For additional audio/video needs, please inquire within. Furniture moving and/or removal fees may apply.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Great space with tons of perks. Our guests enjoyed the vibe and we had the easiest time working with the hosts to get everything sorted. Outdoor space was the cherry on top. Great communication throughout. Highly recommended.
