Our modern 3,000 square foot, multi-room, multi-floor, creatively designed and inspired Venice/Los Angeles Loft space is ideal for hosting meetings, creative workshops, brainstorming sessions, discussion groups, company off-sites and corporate presentations. Our Venice space is located on the West side of LA, on popular Rose Ave, at the border of Venice and Santa Monica. It is a classic loft - high ceilings, spacious and modern; but built out, wired and customized to host meetings, workshops, focus groups, and just about any event that calls for a creative, thought inspiring experience. Our Venice loft space is large and open, but with private rooms as well. It is big enough to host a large group, but comfortable and intimate enough for smaller groups. We have a large central meeting room, and then numerous other areas throughout the space, both private and semi-private, that can be utilized as breakout areas. Our belief is that inspired ideas can only flourish in an inspired environment, and so our Venice space been thoughtfully and artistically designed with that in mind. It is a perfect blend of casual, cool, comfortable, and professional. With every rental, we offer all the standard features and niceties that are expected from a high end, creative, boutique meeting space and venue, including client host/concierge, food and beverage service, office supplies (easels, post-it flip charts, legal pads, pens, etc.), and full audio/video capabilities (60” and 80” HD monitors, web streaming, video recording, etc.). We also only host one client at a time at any of our spaces, ensuring the highest level of service and attention.
No smoking. No pulling artwork off of walls without permission of on-site host. No pins, tacks or nails in the walls, or anything that will leave permanent damage on walls.
