Large Creative Venice Loft Space

Our modern 3,500 square foot, multi-room, multi-floor, creatively designed and inspired Venice/Los Angeles Loft space is ideal for hosting meetings, creative workshops, brainstorming sessions, focus groups, company off-sites, product launches and corporate presentations. Our Venice space is located on the West side of LA, on popular Rose Ave at the border of Venice and Santa Monica, and only a short walk to the beach. It is a classic loft - high ceilings, spacious and modern. There is a large central meeting room, with numerous other areas and rooms throughout the space, both private and semi-private, that can be utilized for breakouts. We only host one client at a time at any of our spaces. Included in every rental: standard office supplies (easels, 1x post-it flip chart, legal pads, pens, etc.), wifi, AppleTV, 60” and 80” HD monitors with standard laptop hookups.
