Our main meeting room is a large soundproof conference room with a glass wall, exposed brick, timber beams, and 16 foot solid oak conference table. The room can accommodate up to 14 people seated at the center table, or 20 people theater style. The space is located in Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood, just north of Safeco and Century Link Fields. Included in rental rate: -Markers, whiteboards (3) -Polycom phone syste -Tables, and chairs, sofa -A 65" HD TV display** -Rentals include 500/500 Mbps hi speed WiFi -On site greeting and A/V staff **HDMI, VGA, Mini Display, USB-C adapters are available at no charge Extras: -Ice water + gourmet and coffee and tea service is available for $75-100 extra -Flipcharts available at cost.

Chris was quick to respond to requests and such an accommodating host. Our guests were able to locate our meeting space easily because they printed clear signage for wayfinding. Additionally, the staff were polite and offered assistance on several requests we made. As for the space itself, I liked that there were lots of surface area for us to use, the conference table itself was more narrow than I imagined, but all the amenities were there and perfectly sufficient for our use. Wifi was fast, and despite the room being built out of glass, it was sound proof. Overall, a great experience in the space!
