About the Space
Located just 1 mile from Downtown Santa Cruz, 3 minutes off of HWY 17, our home is perfectly nestled in the woods of Santa Cruz. The single story 2,300 sq ft home has a whimsical large backyard that backs up to a creek. Home has wood paneled walls, peaked ceilings, large windows in every room that showcase the greenery outside. We have all the classic rooms, a beautiful galley style kitchen with fun green cabinets, dining room with large rustic wooden dining table, family room that feels cozy and resembles a cabin. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, and an office that over looks the yard. Utilize the home and the ability to isolate each room or take advantage of the large inviting yard and deck overlooking the creek. Home can accommodate up to 20 people in the home.
