NEARBY: Centrally located in the Valley, near ALL STUDIOS (TV, Music and Dance Studios), you'll be close to everything but away from the noise. BACKYARD (Capacity 125-150 people ) Your rental is for the backyard. You and your guests enter through the side gate entrance. If you’d like to include inside our MAIN house and the use of the kitchen inside the MAIN house it is available as an ADD-ON. BATHROOM & GUEST HOUSE ACESS: You and your guest will have access to our small cottage guesthouse, with bathroom access, kitchen, small living room space. 350sqft multifunctional space. Set up dining tables and eating area stations for your event. Inside the studio space, you'll have access to a full mini-size refrigerator with a freezer, a stovetop, and countertops for you to store cakes, desserts, snacks, and any other food or drinks you'd like to keep cool. Amenities Not included : PHOTO BOOTH WALL... the beautiful Green Foliage Backdrop customized to the color of your theme, is perfect for your photo op needs. Set up your own camera rig, build/decorate a themed setting, hire a photo booth company, or just have your guests handle the picture duty themselves. I can help you figure out what's the best option for your needs. OUTDOOR PROJECTOR (rental) ... display visuals on the massive 300" wall or screen. Your event doesn't have to be a special screening for you to utilize the outdoor projector. Create a mood or just give your guests something fun to look at while music plays in the background. The projector is connected to an Apple TV and can stream movies, tv shows, music videos, or anything else from the web or you can connect a laptop with an HDMI input. A picture or video slideshow to highlight the guest of honor or in celebration of the occasion is a perfect way to add something special to your event. CHARCOAL BBQ & FOOD PREP/SERVING AREA Whether you want to use the BBQ grill on-site or have catering use their own equipment, there is an area devoted to preparing and serving food. *** $15 ADD-ON FOR BBQ. You provide charcoal but do not have to clean the grill afterward. Clay Wood Burning Chimney(2) Create a cozy ambiance and add warmth for you and your guests. *** $50 ADD-ON SOUND SYSTEM All music is played through the provided sound system and iPad controls. No other speakers allowed. ADDITIONAL SEATING & TABLE OPTION There are multiple areas for your guests to gather and converse with plenty of seating. (2) Bistro Table sets. (each set comes with 2 chairs and a table). (5) additional Morrocan Poofs, 1 Dropleaf Wooden Table (4.5ft which extends to 8.5ft), 1 6ft Plastic Folding Table, (1) 2x3 folding plastic table with adjustable heights (24-36 inches high). available as an ADD-ON. PARKING: There is 1 parking space included in the front driveway, for load-in and load-out. Lots of free parking on Morella (1 block away). DIFFERENT RATES BASED ON EVENT SIZE When you submit your inquiry/booking you enter how many Attendees will be at your event and the correlating rate will adjust. There is a pricing breakdown in the RULES section. NOTE: The host is always on-premises and is available to answer any questions. Throughout the event, the host sets up the sound system and projector, empties trash bins, and overall makes sure the event is going smoothly. Security cameras recording audio/video on-premises.
