There is an Add-On charge of $75 per additional person beyond 80. *** Overtime is charged at 1.5x the regular rate charged in anything over 30 minutes in hourly increments HOST - Host is on site for all events and available to answer questions or be of assistance when needed. Event/Production Attendant will have to be present for parties larger than 20 people at a hourly rate of $25/hour. BOOKING TIMEFRAME - Your rental begins at your start time (regardless if you arrive late) and ends when you completely leave the premises (includes front driveway). Please plan accordingly so that the driveway is clear by the end of your booked timeframe to avoid overtime charges. WEEKENDS BOOKINGS (FRI - SAT - SUN) - Can go till 10:30 (Music stops at 10 pm). (After hour rates x 1.5) Starts at 10:30 pm - 12:30 am . WEEKDAY BOOKINGS (MON - THURS) - Can go till 9:00pm (Music stops at 8:30pm). Mon- Thurs evening events must be mellow. EVENT SIZE / ATTENDEE COUNT - Hourly rate will be retroactively adjusted for events that end up having more people than booking. - Certain types of events may require a guest list and doorman to be hired. - Undisclosed activities can result in your event being shut down and guests being asked to leave with no refund. MUSIC & NOISE LEVELS - All music is played through on-site sound system. No other speakers are allowed. - Music is kept at a level for everyone to enjoy outside and is capped off at a full volume that you don't have to yell to talk over. If you're looking to blast or bump music, please look elsewhere. - Monday thru Thursday outside music/noise levels must be mellow during all evening hours. - Music is turned off 30 minutes before the end of your booking. *** NO DJs LIVE PERFORMANCES - Prior approval must be requested for live performances. ADDITIONAL INSURANCE - Events with guests that aren't strictly friends/family are required to obtain additional event insurance through this link (be sure to choose the correct type of event from their drop down menu): https://www.theeventhelper.com/#iHlgN7 NO LOITERING OUT FRONT - As a courtesy to neighbors, please make sure you and your guests remain in the backyard and don't hang out and loiter out front. FOOD & DRINK - Outside food & drink are allowed. - Alcohol is allowed. If you are charging for admission (either directly or through donations) or if you plan to sell alcohol YOU MUST INFORM HOST BEFORE BOOKING. - If there will be alcohol and any guests under the age of 21 YOU MUST INFORM HOST BEFORE BOOKING. - All bartenders MUST be hired through an insured catering service and provide proof of insurance at least 72 hours of advance. Please inquire. GLASS - Drinkware must be break-resistant. Crystal plastic cups are not allowed because they can shatter. - Beer bottles (and similar) are not allowed for self-serve events. If having a bartender, bartender must pour beer into a cup and not serve in bottle. - All other alcohol bottles are to remain at the bar. SMOKING & VAPING - Smoking is only allowed outside. - No smoking in or around any of the furniture. - No vaping or smoking inside of the TENT or GUESTHOUSE and MAIN-HOUSE PETS - There is a $60 ADD-ON fee for up to 5 pets. FIRE PIT (COMING SOON) - Fire pit is a $50 ADD-ON. - No roasting marshmallows. - Fire pit use is not allowed for children's parties. DECORATIONS (ADDITIONAL CLEAN UP FEE APPLIES TO BELOW ITEMS UPON APPROVAL) - confetti, glitter, rice, sand, pinatas , jumpers, bounce house, flower pedals or similar small-sized decorations. - silly string or wax. - real-flame candles. - No chalk. - Balloons are not allowed to be filled with glitter or confetti or similar. - Mylar metallic balloons filled with just air are allowed (NO HELIUM). - Decorations can be secured to furniture and to the concrete walls (NO NAILS). - Decorations are NOT allowed to be secured to the structures house, guesthouse, front gate, or the wood walls. - DOUBLE SIDED TAPE IS NOT ALLOWED. - SCOTCH TAPE IS NOT ALLOWED. - NO SPARKLERS. NO FIREWORKS. NO POPPERS. NO SMOKE BOMBS. NO PAINTING. FURNITURE & FIXTURES - Do not stand on any of the seating or tables or countertops or planters or walls. - Do not drag furniture on ground. If rearranging furniture please be sure to lift and carry to new location. - All furniture must be returned to original location upon event's conclusion. DELIVERIES & PICK UPS - Deliveries and pick ups of any decorations, food, or any items of any sort for your event must be done within the timeframe of your booking. There is a $250 ADD-ON per instance that occurs outside of your booking timeframe. CLEANING - Cleaning fee covers sanitizing and trash disposal. - Host empties provided trash bins throughout event as they fill up. - Boxes should be broken down and stacked near trash bins. - Decorations should be carefully removed and placed in trash bins or neatly piled near them. - Oversized boxes and decorations CANNOT be left behind. - Guests are responsible for food/drink spills (scoop them up/wipe them up), placing all trash in provided bins, returning furniture to original location, and leaving the place looking as it was upon arrival. - Please plan accordingly: certain drinks, foods and especially candies are more inclined to stick to furniture and the floor resulting in additional charges for their removal. - An overly messy bathroom results in additional charges. *** A professional cleaning service for this space would normally cost $300+ so that's why you are still required to fully clean up after your event while I take care of the cleaning. VENDORS - All vendors working on site (ie bartenders, catering, photo booth, coordinators, decorators, entertainers, etc) need to provide a Certificate of Insurance with Additional Insured Endorsement at least 72 hours in advance. - Please provide Vendors contact info so they can be sent a required guidelines PDF. Hide All ages are allowed in the space Security cameras and recording devices There are security cameras recording video and audio in the front of the home and throughout the back of the home. All rooms on the inside of the home have cameras (except bathroom).
