An intentional nod to each of the senses permeates the space. The house is a progressive, open-minded, no-hate zone to promote elevated, respectful, thought-provoking conversation. High vibrational energy, honoring intentions are encouraged and welcomed. The quality of your outcomes will be created by what you contribute to it. The house is located in one of Atlanta’s premier Intown neighborhoods centrally located between Emory University, Druid Hills, and Johnson Estates. Sage Hill Shopping Center is one block away, offers a variety of eateries and shopping options, Easily accessible on foot via a new sidewalk with exceptional evening lighting, Safety is a primary benefit of the area for residents, students and visitors. Emory University’s main campus, Emory Healthcare’s Medical complex, CDC, the Carlos Museum, the Schwartz Performing Arts Center, and Emory Village are a three-minute ride on the Emory University “Clif” campus busline.
The space’s rentable area is the top level only and is approximately 800-1000 square feet. The lower level is the owner’s private work space and off limits to guests. The premise does have an outdoor graveled back parking area that is available for access with special permission by owner. Several house amenities are available to make your gatherings comfortable and efficient. These include: > a paved, concrete parking pad and driveway in front that can accommodate 5-6 vehicles > additional free-parking is available one block away in front of the U.S. Post Office at the Sage Hill Shopping Center > a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric stove and refrigerator > platters, glassware, and serving utensils for serving light appetizers and snacks > containers for coffee service > a residential-grade dishwasher > mobile, freestanding beverage cooler on casters > a full-size commercial grade photo copier/scanner > two Apple computers for internet access - one with a large screen, the other a standard desktop iMac > video conferencing capabilities > outside access to a small second-level deck overlooking a green space with an impressive stand of pine trees, perfect for smaller intimate conversations > an in-ground fire pit for unique, thought-provoking evening discussions > two six-foot portable tables with tablecloths for outside event set-up > Sonos music system throughout the entire house > and of course, high-speed Internet Catered food and beverage services are allowed if arranged by the group’s organizer. Cooking light meals on the premises is also allowed assuming adequate clean-up by guest. Paper for the copier to be provided by the guest. Smoking nor animals are permitted on the premises. But fresh flowers and fruit are always welcome. A designated smoking area is available outside in the back parking area. The space has been designed for adult gatherings. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted without special permission.
