PRICING DIFFERS DEPENDING ON THE DAY OF THE WEEK, PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BELOW FOR DETAILS ON PRICING. BOOKING TIME SHOULD BE INCLUSIVE OF SETUP TIME AND BREAKDOWN TIME. The Space is a 1500 square foot Lounge, 1000 sq ft indoor & 500 sq ft heated patio outdoor located in Mid city and it can be used for birthdays, graduation parties, fundraisers, corporate events, Bar mitzvahs, engagement parties, wedding parties, app release parties or any other special events. it is Located in the center of Los Angeles so public transportation is available, street parking is also easy to find. Host will be present to help out with any needs at the start of the event. Pricing Defers on the day of the week- weekends are priced higher Monday - Wednesday - 50/hr. Thursday - $50/hr ( 6am - 6pm ) , $75 After 6pm Friday - $50/hr ( 6am - 6pm ), $99 After 6pm Saturday - $99/hr ( 6am - 6pm ), $150 After 6pm Sunday - $99/hr - 24hrs $75 cleaning Fee for All events. 4 hour minimum on Fridays / Saturdays after 6pm. - only street parking available. -There is a security personnel/connoisseur charge of $15/hr for all events, The Security will be patrolling our two venues on the same street, if an individual/ private security is wanted for an event the charge would be $25/hr. - We allow outside catering and Alcohol (as long as there is no selling any all guest are 21+) Included items below indoor - 6 couches with small coffee tables - 12 ottomans - 8 bar stools - 2 6ft long tables - 1 bar table - 2 tv's - 1 speaker with an Aux cord outdoor patio - 2 bar tables round small - 4 metal bar chairs - 6 wooden seats we have the items below for rent - projector - $20 - mic - $10 - white folding chairs - $2/each - 6 ft tables - $8 - 8ft tables - $10 - Bartender ( only service, no Alcohol included) - fee $150 flat rate for up to 5hrs. when hiring a bartender though us you will get a consultation call from our bartender on what items to bring in. - You can Also hire a bartender though peerspace service tab - from peerspace ( NOT US). they will give you a quote with Alcohol included. NYE rate - $200/hr, please inquire about rates for other holidays. - Outside food and drinks are allowed. - Guest must be 21+ to consume Alcohol. - Heat lamp available on the patio, $20 for propane use. - We also have a Photographer - $150 for 2 hrs - Unlimited photos. - DJ Services - $150 for 4hrs , $250 for 6hrs - Tables for rent - 6 foot tables for $8, 8 foot table for $10, Dj table for $15. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Nice space! You can have a small to large party. There’s a nice bartender booth for drinks. And an outside patio where you can BBQ or make tacos. The bathroom was clean.

Good place. The location is good, venue is fairly big with a nice back patio. The people setting up were very helpful. Overall I would say it is quite good for the cost.
