The Space is a 1800 square foot Lounge, 1000 sq ft indoor & 800 sq ft heated patio outdoor located in Mid city and it can be used for Music Video Shoots, Photo Shoots, Commercial Shoots, Interviews, Film Shoots, Dance Shoots, Production Events. It is Located in central Los Angeles so public transportation is available, street parking is also easy to find. - We have one bathroom and one small kitchen that has a fridge,microwave, sink and a prep area. SPACE FEATURES Super Cold Air Conditioning 1000 ft² studio space 2 photography lights (portable) Green back drop 55” Samsung TV Monitor (HDMI) 1000 W PA speaker *Fast Internet and the ability to broadcast Live from the space! Sunday - Thursday - pricing is 50/hr for Both indoor and Patio included. Friday and Saturday before 6pm is 50/hr for both indoor and patio area. Friday/ Saturday after 6pm - $150/hr for both indoor and patio area. 50/hr is for small production with 20 or less attendees. 70/hr for productions with 20 to 50 attendees. 99/hr for productions with 50+ attendees. - outside food and drinks are allowed. - Beverages and Hookah are Available upon request. - Guests must be 21+ to consume Alcohol - We also have a Photographer - $150 for 2 Hrs - Unlimited photos & videos. - We also have tables for rent - 6 foot tables for $8, 8 foot table for $10, Dj table for $15. - only street parking available. Event listing - 99/hr (does not include Friday/Saturday nights) Production - $50/hr - used for production and photoshoots (does not include Friday/Saturday nights) off site meeting listing - $50/hr - used for workshops and corporate meetings. (does not include Friday/Saturday nights)

I’d like to start this off by saying Nahom is the absolute best host you could ever hope to work with. Amazing response time, very accommodating, and all around cool. The venue is awesome. Exactly as cool as it looks but the space is actually more wide in person which is a big plus. There’s a small stage area up front which is cool too. All in all you’d be a fool not to book this venue!

I had a great experience at this location! Nahom was so helpful from when I first began the booking all the way until the end of the event. He let me scope out the location before my event so I could know the ins and out, he helped me set up even though he did not have too! And he also helped me after the event clear everything out. The place was so spacious the outdoors was amazing and everyone loved it. Thanks again! I definitely will be using for all my future events
