Charming micro event venue conversion in the historic 1940's FW Miller Texaco station in the heart of downtown. From the replica gasoline pumps out front to the interior finishes, our quaint micro event venue has been restored to its vintage glory, providing your guests with a unique and memorable experience. From intimate gatherings situated around the interior bar top to larger gatherings outside under the shade trees or covered pavilion, our micro event venue offers something for everyone... private parties, company meetings, pop-up shops, photo sessions, holiday gatherings, networking events, private wine tastings, short-term product marketing, luncheons, classroom space, rehearsal dinners, hospitality suites and even intimate weddings! *NOTE* Please contact us about rates for peak dates during Dripping Springs Community-wide events and festivals (list is not complete). -- First Thursdays April through October -- Founders Day Festival April 26-28, 2019 -- Christmas On Mercer 1st Saturday in December (usually)
1) No smoking inside the premises. 2) Smoking is only permitted a minimum of 25 ft away from any building entrances; cigarette butts must be disposed of in an appropriate receptacle. 3) No pets unless Service Animal Certified (we will need a copy of your certification on file). 4) Catered and/or homemade meals allowed - please see the Preferred Vendors List on our website. 5) To serve alcohol at events of 32 guests or more, an approved, certified bartender is required. 6) Please drink responsibly. 7) Firearms are strictly prohibitted. 8) Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property. 9) The property shall be used for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.; shall cause termination with no refund of rents or deposits. 10) Wireless internet is provided as a convenience only for The Station On Mercer only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service. 11) Any overage of booked time for your event will result in overtime charges. Please remember to include set up and clean up time when booking your event. 12) If any damage occurs to the Facility, or if any damage or replacements need to be made to the Facility as a result of Lessee’s exercise of its rights under this Agreement, Lessee shall pay Lessor for any such damage, repairs, or replacements upon demand by Lessor. Premises must be left in the same condition as received, free of debris and trash. 13) The Lessee agrees to indemnify, save and hold harmless the estate of Frank D. & Clara Best, 310 Mercer, LLC, including their employees, agents and volunteers, from and against any and all costs, losses, diminutions in value, damages, liabilities, or expenses, without duplication, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and all amounts paid for investigation, defense or settlement of any of the foregoing to the extent such costs, losses, diminutions in value, damages, liabilities or expenses are arising out of or resulting from Lessee's actions or the event put on by the Lessee. All revisions, changes, additions to any terms of this agreement must be in writing and approved in writing and dated by all parties.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This little station was perfect for our party. The actual inside of the station has a little bar top and seating for about 20 to 25 and a singular bathroom. Behind the bar is a refrigerator and some food preparation tools, like a toaster over. The outside has a pavilion/covering and another bar top, along with a fire pit and shaded areas. Ultimately, I believe we had about 50 to 60 people in attendance, and though we were gambling with January weather, we were afforded perfect 50-degree sunshine, making the day wonderful. The host, Scott, was very accommodating and communicative, even starting the fire and helping us with tables, chairs and decorations.

Scott and his place was absolutely perfect for our pop up event for Christmas on Mercer. It was conveniently located and had all the amenities we could want. Scott was very welcoming and flexible with us, which we appreciated dearly. Highly recommend!

The Station was perfect for our event! We hosted a small baby shower and were able to use the inside for food and drinks and the outside garage space for seating. It was a good space for an indoor/outdoor event. The timeless and rustic decor was perfect for what we were looking for and we kept getting compliments of how cute everything was. Charming is a good word to describe it. Scott was a great host and responsive to all my messages and available throughout the event if needed.

This venue is the perfect spot for a small gathering! Scott and his wife are so easy to work with, and they are the sweetest people! The atmosphere is intimate with a little bit of Texas thrown into it. I fell in love with the outdoors area that has a great spot to dance, hanging lights, and a fire pit. I could imagine some gorgeous weddings being here! I am so glad we were recommended to this venue for our dinner rehersal. It was SO perfect and my entire group had a blast! Thank you again!
