There is parking on the street in the front, to the west side of the venue and in a lot across the street and to the west.

Ground Floor

1) No smoking inside the premises. 2) Smoking is only permitted a minimum of 25 ft away from any building entrances; cigarette butts must be disposed of in an appropriate receptacle. 3) No pets unless Service Animal Certified (we will need a copy of your certification on file). 4) Catered and/or homemade meals allowed - please see the Preferred Vendors List on our website. 5) To serve alcohol at events of 32 guests or more, an approved, certified bartender is required. 6) Please drink responsibly. 7) Firearms are strictly prohibited. 8) Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property. 9) The property shall be used for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.; shall cause termination with no refund of rents or deposits. 10) Any overage of booked time for your event will result in overtime charges of $200 an hour. Overtime period starts aprox. 15 minutes after scheduled end time, in 30 minute increments. Please remember to include set up and clean up time when booking your event. 11) If any damage occurs to the Facility, or if any damage or replacements need to be made to the Facility as a result of Lessee’s exercise of its rights under this Agreement, Lessee shall pay Lessor for any such damage, repairs, or replacements upon demand by Lessor. Premises must be left in the same condition as received, free of debris and trash. 12) The Lessee agrees to indemnify, save and hold harmless the estate of Frank D. & Clara Best, 310 Mercer, LLC, including their employees, agents and volunteers, from and against any and all costs, losses, diminutions in value, damages, liabilities, or expenses, without duplication, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and all amounts paid for investigation, defense or settlement of any of the foregoing to the extent such costs, losses, diminutions in value, damages, liabilities or expenses are arising out of or resulting from Lessee's actions or the event put on by the Lessee. All revisions, changes, additions to any terms of this agreement must be in writing and approved in writing and dated by all parties. 13) Per the Fire Marshal, the maximum occupancy for the inside space at any given time is 24 people; however, the outside and the covered pavilion can accommodate up to 60 people.
