Our amazing 2,000 sq ft studio has been used for a variety of events, including: - Workshops - Event Venue - Video/Photography Shoots - Company Retreats It is a light filled, spacious open floor plan (dining, kitchen and living room) that can host up to a 50 person event, or a 15-25 production crew in casual San Francisco style. INCLUDED IN OUR SPACE - Multiple 6 person work/dining tables - VR Station - 20+ stools for events - Projector with 70 inch projector screen - Variety of dimmable/colored light designs and configurations; - Beautiful bathroom - Conference Room that can seat 12 - Room to store your gear or do hair and makeup off-set - Sun-lit deck with deck chair and tables CHECK-IN 8AM or later. We'll give you a quick rundown of the space, answer all your questions and then she's all yours! CHECK-OUT 8PM. We would appreciate it if you put the space back in a similar condition to how you found it at checkin. We'll hire professional cleaners to do the floors, bathroom, etc., but please put the furniture back prior to departure. We would love to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. You may park in the driveway for 5 to 10 minutes during unloading and loading, but will need to find alternate parking during their stay. There are metered and 2 hour spots available throughout the area.
