Our Cleaners spend extra time disinfecting and air purifying with an ozone aerator in between reservations.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This is a home dedicated to vacation rentals, however is available when not rented for Meetings, Photo Shoots, Film Crew and Video Shoots. If interested in renting as a vacation rental or short term stay (longer than 2 days), contact me for booking details. There is large open space that includes kitchen and all the amenities that comes with a kitchen as well as open to large spacious living area with HDTV Smart TV. Free WIFI available. These areas can be used to host meetings and you may find the decor charming enough for photo shoots and film scenes. This is very easy to get to being close to all major Atlanta Attractions. Can walk to Mercedes Benz Stadium, GWCC, shopping & fast casual restaurants. For Filming and Photo shoots there's room for make-up and dressing rooms as well as ample parking for staff. Arrangements can be made to have Drinks, Food and Snacks available or delivered for an additional fee. **THIS HOME IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES**
