This is a home dedicated to vacation rentals and perfect for small team meetings, trainings, photo shoots and more! If interested in renting as a vacation rental or short term stay (longer than 2 days), contact me for booking details. There is large open space that includes kitchen and all the amenities that comes with a kitchen as well as open to large spacious living area with HDTV Smart TV. Free WIFI available. These areas can be used to host meetings and you may find the decor charming enough for photo shoots and film scenes. This is very easy to get to being close to all major Atlanta Attractions. Can walk to Mercedes Benz Stadium, GWCC, shopping & fast casual restaurants. If hosting a meeting, this space will fit 6-12 comfortably. Meeting rentals come with free coffee, snacks and wifi. Arrangements can be made to have Drinks, Food and Snacks available or delivered for an additional fee. **THIS HOME IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES**
House Rules: No Parties No Smoking No Pets No loud music Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors All rentals include setup and tear down time Furniture must be moved back to where you found it and must be in the original condition Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided
Ages 21 and older
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
