The location is in the middle of DTLA's Fashion district just a few blocks away from the infamous Santee Alley, which gives you options to which you can explore the heart and soul of one of Los Angeles' most busiest areas. ******PLEASE READ!!!****** The given REGULAR times are (Monday-Friday 8:00AM-7PM) are the available hours that this loft is available. ALL BOOKINGS THAT FALL OUTSIDE OF THE AVAILABLE TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO A RATE OF $190/HOUR. 110 Electricity is provided. Restrooms are available. If inquiring about booking under the 2 hour minimum. A premium total of $190 will be charged per hour under 2 hours. e.g. 1 hour = $190 Prices can and will vary depending on managements approval. All Events are subject to approval by management. For insurance reasons, alcohol and other illicit drugs are not allowed. Food and drink are allowed but you are responsible for cleaning up after yourselves.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Super awesome space! We are so grateful we had the opportunity to have held our event here. The only thing (which I’m sure was out of our host’s hands) was the elevator wasn’t working, so we had to carry a whole lot of things up there. Other than that, we loved the spot. Perfect for our vision!
