We do not allow smoking on the premises or excessive noise. We also ask that our guests do not loiter outside of the loft as well. Outside food and alcohol is fine. No loud music after 10 pm. So we can properly coordinate staff and services for your event, please book 5 business days in advance. Thank you!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Everything about this space from the decor, to the utensils, was perfectly designed and flowed effortlessly. Our situation was rather different, but someone from Jeff's team was always a call away ready and whipped with a solution. We would absolutely love to rent this venue again. Whitespace was the best place for my grandma's 90th birthday party! Such a bright, open, and beautifully decorated space perfect for my 30 family members and friends. Everything was easy - from coordinating and meeting with our event host Andres, to taking advantage of the fully equipped and stocked kitchen with tons of extras like complimentary drinks and snacks. It was nice not to have to worry about anything, and they thought of everything with Sonos speakers for music and the large 70 inch TV with HDMI hook-up to play my grandma’s birthday video. Once the event wrapped, I didn’t have to do anything, Andres took care of all the clean-up (trash, dishes, etc.) Although it is in the heart of downtown a block away from the Staples Center, street parking was easy to find, and lots with public parking from $5-$20. There is also a back alleyway entrance on the opposite side of the building, which was great for dropping off elderly guests. 100% would book again, thanks for the memories!

This is a perfect space with the most amazing team behind it. I held a weekend board retreat for about 20+ people and I was beyond impressed with the space. Rafa, who was there helping the entire time, was the most amazing human I have worked with. He responded to all of our needs instantly and was so kind. I am so thankful that he was there and honestly wish he worked every event with me! The space is beautiful and served our needs perfectly. We rented the space for a small company retreat in the Spring and loved it more than we could have imagined! It worked amazing for our group to break into multiple different small groups and run different sessions at the same time. It was fully stocked with everything we could have needed, beautifully designed and has great views. In addition, our host, Rafa, was a game changer! He was amazing and so helpful with every aspect of the day to make it go perfect. I can't imagine having another event without him!

This was such a great space and Raphael was an absolutely amazing host. Peerspace helped us with all the details of our events— with catering, providing cable connections for presentations, chair rentals, and they even had chargers for our phones. I will definitely be booking with peerspace for future events.

Jeff was very responsive and his team really helpful while organizing our rountable event. The place is beautiful, the only small side negative point on is accessibility that can be a bit too complex if you don't have enough staff & signage to welcome & guide your guests to the penthouse. But easy point to fix.

Super super happy with this rental space! We had about 40 people at this location and there was so much room everywhere. The host Rafa was great he helped with so much. The place is gorgeous in person. We used the space for a 30th birthday party/Game of Thrones viewing party. It was literally perfect!!

First off, the ease of being able to have all my questions answered regarding the space itself was so seamless and really made me feel comfortable about booking this space for our company offsite. Since I was planning everything from Northern California with no way of on viewing the space other than what was provided in the pictures, it was a little scary, however Jeff really made our communication comfortable, easy, and always responded to my questions in a timely manner. When we arrived at the space, it was way better in person than what I saw in the pictures. The venue was clean, organized, and really appealed to the atmosphere I was looking for - clean, collaborative, and hip. The onsite contact, Rafael, was a huge help and really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for the 3 days we occupied the space. We were able to hook up our presentations (Mac / HP) to the TV with no issues and the WiFi was solid, with no issues of going “in and out” like some places struggle with. The only very small thing I did wish was that the windows were double paned. There was construction across the street and it did get loud from time to time, but not where it interrupted our meetings. Our employees (+23) were really impressed with the space and it was great that there were different areas for people to have group conversations as well as private meetings in the enclosed conference room. This place is definitely a hidden gem!
