Beautiful, green-certified yoga studio located in the Laurel District

The studio is closed for Winter Break from 12/24 - 1/6/2019. See you in the New Year! We've hosted movie night, book clubs, yoga parties, meditation groups, and other wellness-related events. We also rent space for bodywork such as Thai Massage. We have a Sonos sound system. The studio is comfortable for up to 30 students with mat, but can hold much more seated or standing. 50-75 depending on your configuration. We have 50 chairs for seated events. We observe the practice of removing our shoes at the door. Barefeet, socks, or indoor shoes are OK. There are a 1,100sf studio and a 325sf studio; a back lounge and kitchenette with a serving bar, microwave, and mini fridge; and two ADA restrooms. Food is OK but requires extra fee for our clean-up time. We are very tidy. We have free parking and are close to AC Transit at MacArthur Blvd. and High Street. Our rates are $35/hr for just the small studio and back lounge. And $50-$100/hr for the entire studio based on the size of your group.
